Will Parsons Mr. Parsons joined Bowen & Unger, PLC as an associate in 2011 with a practice focused on complex business litigation. Prior to joining Bowen & Unger, PLC, Mr. Parsons practiced as an associate with Riley Warnock & Jacobson, PLC. Mr. Parsons was admitted to the bar in 2007 and has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, Mr. Parsons has participated in private arbitration cases before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Parsons graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the national semi-final bankruptcy moot court team. Before attending law school, Mr. Parsons worked as a legal assistant at Hogan & Hartson, LLC (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Parsons graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 with a degree in English Language and Literature.
Since 2009, Mr. Parsons has served as co-director of the Land Rover Race Judicata, a 5K and 10K race organized by the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Nashville Bar Association. In this capacity, Mr. Parsons also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Nashville Bar Association. Finally, Mr. Parsons has done extensive pro bono work representing the mentally disabled, elderly, and indigent in Nashville, Tennessee.
